Dots connected in Double Murder/Suicide

A very sad double Murder/Suicide involving a females frozen body being discovered stuffed into a fridge/freezer and what at the time was perceived as a terrible accident when a male motorcyclist crossed the road and crashed head on with a semi-trailer…Obviously something tragic has occurred and the male has killed the woman, stored her in the unit, panicked and distraught, gone and ridden his motorcycle into a semi trailer….very very sad…

But what a gutless bloody bastard this person was. Not enough he could not deal with his problems, he murders his partner…Then after chopping her up and putting her in the freezer to give himself some thinking time, comes up with the grand plan…“I know what I will do, I will jump on my motorbike and go veer into a semi-trailer” ( surely that will do the job)

Not only has he destroyed the lives of his partner, his own family, how about the driver of the truck. How about the potential for that moment being a minute later and slamming into a bus killing more folks? Who knows…

What I know is what a selfish prick this individual was…Sure he paid the price with his own death, but he leaves the earth unpunished for killing another (luckily not more…) I really feel for those left behind in this mess.

Here is the story as written in The Herald Sun.

POLICE believe a woman found dead in a Sydney unit could have been the victim of a murder-suicide that also claimed the life of a man incinerated in a motorbike crash.

Police discovered a body - believed to be chopped up and stored in the freezer - in a unit on View St, Chatswood

The woman’s badly injured body was found inside a freezer in the apartment’s kitchen, it was reported by The Daily Telegraph.

Following concerns for the welfare of a 48-year-old woman, police broke down the door of the unit in Chatswood, about 10km north of central Sydney, about 3pm  yesterday.

Police were unable to confirm if the body was found in the fridge.

When police went to inform a male friend of the woman of the grim discovery, it is understood he was not home.

Detectives are investigating if the man -  who lived with her – was the person incinerated in a deadly motorcycle crash the day before police broke down her door and found the body.

Police are liaising with officers from Bathurst, in NSW, over the fatal motorcycle crash on the Great Western Highway at Glanmire on Saturday.

Police believe the motorcycle crossed to the wrong side of the road and collided head-on with a semi-trailer.

A fire erupted and the rider was incinerated.

He is yet to be formally identified but is believed to be a 52-year-old man who resided at the same Chatswood unit.

A police spokeswoman said officers were investigating if the deaths were a murder-suicide.

“It looks that way,” she told AAP in relation to where the investigation is focused.

Police would not confirm if the woman and man were in a relationship.

Police have set up Strike Force Findon to investigate and urge anyone with information about the man or woman to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Anyone with personal problems can contact Lifeline on 131 114, Mensline Australia on 1300 789 978,  Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or the Victorian Statewide Suicide Helpline on 1300 651 251.
